Red is the colour most commonly associated with our 'friends' from accross the Pennines, but in the early 1970s, Leeds actually wore an all red strip. The shirt itself isn't that bad (apart from it being red), with quite a plain design and the LUFC script in the corner, which in later years was replaced by the owl. It doesn't look that bad but most fans would baulk at any red on a Leeds shirt, highlighted by the fears about a Red Bull logo emblazoned accross the front of our shirts.
